Erni's Wedding

Today, terlebih d-rajin, so tulis 2 posts. Alhamdulillah our dearest friend got married last Friday (nikah) and Saturday was the reception.

Friday, 19th August 2005

Elly and I left from KL to Penang. On the way, we listened to Mawi's songs. Non-stop tuh. Listened from his Pre-lude till the Final; Aduh Saliha. To me personally, his Intifada was one of his best rendition. Sedap apa Mawi nyanyi masa Pre-lude tuh and my personal favourite PUPUS. Best giler.. even though i like Dewa, but, he sings better lah. Sorry ye Once.. jangan mare.. kita bisa suka jugak Once nyanyi hehe.

We arrived in Penang around 2.50 p.m and had our lunch there. Apa lagi, dah jauh2 dtg sah2 makan Nasi Kandar. But, to tell you the truth KL's Nasi Kandar have more choices. or maybe, we arrived late, so lauk dah habis kot.

Arrived at Erni's house at 3.30 p.m. Suma tengah getting ready for the BIG event. Hehe suspen tak Erni masa nie? Mak Andam came, siap2 suma then we were off to the surau for akad nikah.

That night, was malam berinai. So, apa lagi Me n elly pun berinai lah skali whilst pengantin berinai. Kitorang berinai sambil watching CD Mawi. Layannnn yg bestnya layan ngan makcik2 Erni tuh. Even the aunties kata suara Mawi sedap n mmg hensem. Tengok, makcik2 pun suka inikan kami nie heheh.

Me n Elly ended up putting on the inai to all 10 fingers. (I baru tahu ropanya kalo tak kawin jgn letak suma2 10 jari). Selingan sat: When I went back to the office with inai on my fingers, budak kedailah, budak jual kuihlah asked me "akak baru kawin ke?" hehe. Even my colleagues asked me did i got married or was engaged during the weekend. Gimic semata2 ye kawan2 blom kawin lagik, tunggu M or F bukan nama sebenar muahahhaha ;)


Saturday , 19th August 2005 - Reception Day

Reception day. Ramai yg datang. And the best part is, the serangkai geng was there as well. Alhamdulillah. At first, Fida couldn't make it, Farah pun could not make it. Last2, Fida dtg with Ale and Saf. Farah pun was able to make it, ponteng kelas takpe farah sekali sekala hehe. Aneh came with her husband and family. Gathering tuh.

After the wedding, we headed back to KL. Elly, me, Fida n Ale convoy back. On the way back, stop buy to buy some fruits and went home safely. To our dearest friend Erni, take care and jadilah isteri yang solehah, amin.

WORLD!!!

Malaysia... WORLD!!!

Heheh ari nie nak tulis dlm BM sbb semangat terlebih.. over-excited katakan. Malam td 1st time tgk Pelancaran Merdeka, paham2lah ye kenapa. Masa tgk TV smlm tuh sempat tanya ayah, "napa tetiba tahun nie ada pelancaran kemerdekaan yek? sblm nie takde pun"? Selamba jek ayah jawab "selama nie mmg ada, tp sbb Gelombang Mawi tahun nie, tuh suma org tetiba tahu" Oopsss hehe terkena sekali dengan ayah eden (icon malu)

Tunggu punya tunggu last2 kul 11.10 camtuh, startlah persembahan drpd artis2. Start2 Mahadzir Lokman perkenalkan artis dprd Johor.. riuh penonton suma jerit. Pastuh terpaksa Mahadzir nie ckp "bukan artis tuh ye, itu nanti" hahahah dia pun tahu siapa suma org tunggu2.

Pastuh lepas suma artis2 tuh dah nyanyi.. keluarlah Siti Nurhaliza. org pun jerit, yelah Penyanyi ngetop Malaysia kan. Pastuh.. yg ditunggu2.. jeng jeng..MAWII!!! ( wwwwoohhh jeritt ngan fanatik hehe cam leh dgr jerit dpn TV) Berdoa2 eden.. sbb Mawi nyanyi lagu Ghazal untuk Rabiah mula2, takut gak tersilap tempo ke terlupa lirik ke.. hehe sungguh2 kasik semangat. Ropanya Mawi duet ngan org Johor, kebudayaan Johor. Siap ada tambahan lak tuh Mawi nyanyi " Rabiah.." hehe cam ala2 Pupus " Mengapa Sayang..." hehe lawak aah Mawi nie.

Tp nmpk confidentlah dia.Pastuh yg ditunggu-tunggu.. Duet ngan CT. Waaahh bestlah duet lagu "Seroja". Masa tuh rasa wahh bagusnya... kiter dah ada penyanyi lelaki n perempuan No.1 kat Malaysia yg mmg patut dibanggakan.. jd idola nie mg bagus.
Semangat tgk Mawi nyanyi duet ngan CT, yelah dua2 kan sora sedap, muka dua2 pun sedap mata memandang. Awal2 start CT nyanyi dulu.. pastuh sempat CT kasik intro , "Mawi" apalagi jeritlah orang.. pastuh Mawi pun nyanyi wahhh best2. Slalu2lah buat duet CT ngan Mawi mmg bestlah performance.

Pastuh lepas Pak Lah dah balik, dijemput semula Mawi nyanyi lagu Aduh Saliha. Suma dah siap berdiri, Mahadzir suruh suma org duduk kalo tak, Mawi tak nyanyi ahaks.. kelam kabut makcik2 tuh suma nak duduk. Tapi, camne nak duduk suma dah himpit2 kan.. smpi Mawi terpaksa cakap "Duduklah sayang.." hhehehe sapa syok sakan kat Mawi leh cair aku rasa yg kat Padang Danga Bay tuh kih kih kih.

Last2 Mawi nyanyi "Aduh Saliha" siap tanya "Siapa nama Saliha sini, sila angkat". Ramai plak yg angkat tangan.. sampai mamat2, pakcik2, brader2 pun angkat hahah nak ngaku Saliha gak tuh. Lain kali kita suruh Ale angkat tgn ngan siap IC lagi, baru real tertera nama sebenat "SALIHA". Sayalah Saliha yg dimaksudkan heheh over plak eden.

Overall GOOD JOB MAWI! Alhamdulillah, siapa sangka siap dpt perform depan PM ngan org besar2 lagik Mawi yek. Rezeki. Sempat Mawi jerit " Malaysia... WORLD!" hehehe.. abihlah lepas nie bukan Malaysia Buleh dah.. Malaysia World plak.

Sebagai pesanan akhir, ayat power Mawi " WORLD, WORLD jugak, AKHIRAT jangan lupa". Bagus betullah Mawi nie.. cair cair.. Satu lagi nak ckp, masa performance dia tuh nmpk betul dia nie ramai peminat, dia cuma perlu ckp "1,2,3".. pastuh suma penonton jerit " WORLDDDDD!!" Mak aihhhh kalah CT mlm td. Sori CT, tp mmg mlm td nmpk Mawi punya aura lg power. Ok, last but not least... WORLDDDDDD!!!

P/S: Besok Erni nikah.. so jumpa di sana.. di sana...... Ly, jgn lupa bwk CD lagu2 Mawi.. kite nyanyi suma lagu2 Mawi masa travel... "aduh.. Saaaliiihaaaaaaaaaaaaaa hehe praktis praktis"

Life After AF

Life after AF...feels different. This morning as I was taking my breakfast, my mom said to me, "rasa lain yek takde dah AF". I look at my mom and inside,I felt it too.. lain. After AF2, my frens told me, that they have nothing to look forward to on Saturday nites cause AF has finished. They said they feel like there is nothing interesting on the TV to watch even during weekdays, usually they will watch the Diari at nite.. and I will be like " teroknya korang nie, kan memacam kat TV tuh".

Now, I am eating my own words.. yeah I feel it too. Dah takde apa2 dah nak tgk. Last Saturday was the 1st Saturday nite that there is no AF to watch.. and do you know what I end up watching? Discovery Channel hehe I know Elly would be grinning as usually she's the one who would watch Discovery.

Now, life is back to normal, no more sleeping late nights after 12.30 ( diari kan habis kul 12.30 mlm). No more AFUNDI SMSes. No more, Saturday nights seating glued to the TV at sharp 8.30 p.m till midnight watching AF. No more, the weekly Mondays downloading latest AF concert and watching it over and over again. No more receiving lyrics for the new songs that the AF participants will sing on Saturday. Sigh... gonna miss those hehe.

Yesterday, I spent the whole day sitting in front of the computer, watching the Diari Extended and watching the Diari from the 1st episode. AsI started late watching the AF, so I missed a few weeks/episodes of the Diari. The 1st week was quite boring, after Mawi n Marsha joined in then it started to get interesting. Seeing back how these kids look like when they 1st entered AF till where they are now, wow! 3 months really changes a lot.

In the newspapers yesterday a lot of articles were written for these AF finalist. Specially about Mawi. Sian dia, pressure dia, memacam orang harap from him. All I can say is, to Mawi be yourself, stay the way you are. All the best mawi! Oh ye tak lupa juga, Felix! All the best to you too.. :)

so, mcmna guys dgn AF final aritu? satisfied tk ngan result nyer.......
I have no komen sbb kita org mmg REALLY SATISFIED ngan dia..nak kater fanatik tu takder le sangat, just bcoz people keep on kutuk dia kat ch15 then automatically secara tak sengaja jd minat giler......so, aper lagi, takder maknenyer kalau tak undi dia...so,final konsert mmg habis berundi....tq fida!!!!!!!!!we are one of the contributors utk mawi menang agaknyer!!!!hehehe

One incident happend on TUESDAY, 9th AUGUST 2005..jeng jeng jeng...I MET MAWI nearby the office...bersandar sambil tersenyum dgn cap dier...adus (can u imagine?) mawi...comelnyerrr....initially say hi, eventually bagi salam....huhhhh luruh jantung dgr jawap salam mawi...the day before ,i sembang2 dgn fida ..sedap suara mawi jwap salam dlm radio!!!!!!!!!!

mcm mimpi tiba2 i heard it live man!!!!!!!!ohhh nooo...hehhhe emotional pulaks.
maybe u guys dpt rasa how do i feel about it....tak tentu arah dibuatnyer...nak bayar kat counter 7-11 pun tersilap2 kat counter..maybe u guys kater i am too emotional, dah la tunangan org, over pulak....please la yek..i am not too that xtend, xtream sampai jadi bukan2...just as peminat jer..tak lebih dari tuh ok..apa2 pun tunangku jugak dihatiku..hehehe..

ntahla..this is the first time i feel like this..not like Adam b4, siap mkn sebelah meja tue..just happy masa tu jer..once balik office I dont have any feel more..tp mawi nie...isk isk...rasa suka sgt ngan his personality...very downtoearth guy...very humble....nampak mmg muka baik....kalau U guys tgk Muzik Ria pun sure leh nampak....I want the TASBIH!!!!:(.....world tu world gak, AKHIRAT jgn lupa.....adoiiiii......respect la , and i hope Mawi wont change....marilah sama2 doakan kejayaan dia..tak salah kan kalau kita doakan kebaikan utk org??...insyaALLAH....Amin......

Follow your instinct

This is the last week of AF3 and everybody is talking about it. So, yesterday at the office my officemate was asking me who I'm voting for. So, I told her I vote for 2 people, but the other one is my favourite. She instantly told me not to vote for the other person because bla, bla, bla.. and I was like huh? That is like telling me not to vote for this person because org nie kentut busuk. You get what I mean? It's like.. suma orang kentut busuk, mana ada org kentut wangi..so it's like telling me not to vote for this particular person because of something that EVERYBODY does that.

Tak paham betullah, and she goes on and on one about the other contestants as well. Dont vote for this girl because bla bla bla, dont vote for this guy because bla bla bla..Seriusly I dont understand this people. Why do we need to put others down? It's like telling me napa suka Ariel Peterpan? He got married after making his gf pregnant. And I'm like.. aa ah tau... but its not like I'm marrying him or anything. I just like him as a singer because he has a good voice and he makes great music.

Or it's like telling people kenapa suka Shah Rukh Khan? Kahal he's a Muslim tp cam tak. But still people likes Shah Rukh Khan because he can act and he can dance.Pleaselah, we are voting for someone that we like because the person can sing and has character bukan nak vote for calon isteri ke suami, itu masuk rancangan 'mencari cinta' lah :p

One more thing is those people @15. Kenapalah nak kutuk2 budak2 nie? tak paham betul. Suka ke tak suka ke sukatilah kan.. vote jeklah who u like and dont put down others. Last nite on ' Tanya Linda' again the topic was about AF. "bakat or pakej". And people voted for 'bakat' and the panels were saying that in AF, people are not voting for bakat but package. And I was like huh? apa korang ckp nie? To me, all 4 fianlist can sing. And one of the panels said that currently people are voting for 'pakej' like in AF because they are following their emotions. If Astro dont show the 'Diari AF', then only people will vote for talent.

Pleaselah apalah panel nie merepek. First of all cermin diri sendiriklah, the panel tu sendirik nyanyi pun bukan sedap, blakon pun ntah hape hape. You yourself tu famous sbb pakej, lagi mahu kutuk org. Sorrylah previously I buleh accept this particualr artis, after his statement yesterday terus cam.. what??!! Janganlah nak jatuh2kan org lain.

Furthermore, if you say that IF Astro doesnt show 'Diari' THEN only people will vote for bakat. Then, what about 'Malaysian Idol'. They dont show any diari, but still those 2 that got voted out has talent and still kena kluar. So.. what justification you are making here? Apalah panel tu.

What I can say here is that.. JUST FOLLOW YOUR INSTINCT. Buat donno jek kat org2 nie.. vote for who you think deserve to win. It's your vote and its your money.
